Back to the gym

The holidays are NOT the time to decide to start training for a 100 mile bike ride. But, that's what I'm doing. My trainer is back from maternity leave and have me back in gear. I'm suppose to be back in the gym three times a week for the three weeks and then get back to 4 or 5 days a week over the first month or two of the new year. My butt cheeks hurt. Tonight I did an hour of cardio between the bike and elliptical plus a bit of ab workout. The goal event is an Iron Man bike ride in April...100 miles, one day! I think I have lost it but we will see how it goes. For now, I will get myself into the gym and see how it goes.
